As the year comes to an end, our team took some time to reflect back on 2021. Yes, there have absolutely been hard times and struggles. We recognize that it’s been a long and difficult year for many. During the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, L-Tron began the process of hiring a new sales team member. We weren’t quite sure how to navigate hiring a new employee virtually, but our new employee, Gary, has helped to make the process pain-free. Welcome to the team, Gary!
Here at L-Tron, we’ve certainly reached a new normal, after eight months of adjustments and learning curves. Our company is a tight-knit group, and we are used to working in close collaboration with one another. As such, the workplace effects of the COVID-19 pandemic meant big shifts for all of us!
Labor Day has come and gone. Summer officially ended and the weather in Western New York has gotten cooler. But just because summer is over and Daylight Savings ended, does not mean that everything “summer” has ended here at L-Tron! Our summer hours have continued…right into fall!
At the end of a long work week, most 9-5 corporate employees want to kick off their shoes, relax and have a nice cold brew. Luckily at L-Tron, we have happy hour together every Friday – and since most of us have been working remotely, our shoes are already kicked-off.
