Whatever Happened to the Customer is Always Right?

Next, I have to navigate through the menu and no matter how many times I press the 0 to speak to a real person, it never seems to work. So then I find myself hanging up and trying all over again. Now I am frustrated. My blood pressure is rising and I am hitting the 0 on my phone even harder… Like that is actually going to make it work! If I’m lucky enough to get through to a human, the snippy voice on the other end says there is nothing they can do to help me. Great. I’m glad I wasted my time. At the end of the day, I’m always plagued with customer service that offers me no respect.
