Intelligent Ethernet I/O Modules for the Industrial Application Field

The series is comprised of analog I/O, digital I/O and relay modules, all of which have daisy chain networking, remote monitoring, group configuration capabilities and a variety of useful software functions for efficiency and effectiveness in the industrial application field.

ADAM-6200 modules are user-friendly in many ways, beginning with the ability to modify functions and web interfaces. Network expansion is straightforward with two 10/100 Ethernet ports for fast and easy daisy chain networking that saves on wiring costs by simply connecting devices together. Additionally, users have the capacity to connect to multiple devices and deliver information from a large number of sources. ADAM-6200 modules support independently programmable HTML5 for customization, monitoring and control from any compatible Web browser.

For matters of field maintenance, ADAM-6200 can easily be remotely diagnosed and fixed from a smartphone or tablet over Ethernet. Engineers can connect to one device directly or through a switch to configure and upgrade the firmware of multiple ADAM-6200 modules simultaneously. In the event of power failure, Advantech’s patented auto-bypass protection feature offers unsurpassed power failure protection.
