L-Tron’s Principle & COO, Gayle DeRose, was recognized by the USA Master’s Academy in Victor as their Tai Ji Student of the month for October.
According to the Tai Ji health institute, Tai Ji is an “art embracing the mind, body, and spirit.” Tai Ji originated in ancient China thousands of years ago and is one of the best known martial arts. It is one of the most effective exercises for meditation, and the combined health of the mind and body.
The L-Tron team is so proud of Gayle’s accomplishments. Gayle has been practicing Tai Ji for the past 2 years, and has gradually improved her abilities and earned the status of “green belt.” For Gayle though, there is so much more to the practice than just advancement. She seeks balance in both her life and the Tai Ji studio.
