L-Tron will be exhibiting at the 2026 AAMVA International Conference (AIC), held September 29–October 1 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Meet the L-Tron mDL Reader
Visit booth #106 to see L-Tron’s patented mDL Reader in action. Built directly from Law Enforcement feedback, the mDLR-1 is designed specifically for roadside use and allows Officers to read both mobile and physical driver’s licenses at traffic stops, without having to handle a motorist’s phone.
The L-Tron mDL Reader works with Patrol Officer’s existing eCitation/RMS Software with little to no impact on their current patrol vehicle workflow or equipment. The device can verify mobile IDs via NFC or QR code and can also scan PDF417 barcodes on physical licenses. Additional features include a built-in camera, flashlight, signature capture, and a durable design built specifically for the patrol vehicle environment.
