L-Tron Corporation is pleased to announce the launch of its redesigned web store, www.L-TronDirect.com.  After more than a year of planning and development, the refreshed, modernized site went live on August 30, 2012.  Featuring an updated look, live chat opportunities with L-Tron representatives, exclusive promotions and giveaways, and a user-friendly shopping experience, the web store is already capturing the attention of customers, evidenced by a 45% increase in site traffic since its launch.

The initiative for a new web store began with one of L-Tron’s longtime goals to provide superior customer satisfaction and service.  L-Tron President and CEO, Robert DeRose wanted to provide customers with a site that was easy to navigate, along with helpful information available at their fingertips – including assistance from industry experts readily accessible by chat, phone, e-mail and in person.  Furthermore, DeRose assures there is 100% order review by trained staff, live support before and after each sale, and same day shipping on in-stock items.
