The initiative for a new web store began with one of L-Tron’s longtime goals to provide superior customer satisfaction and service.  L-Tron President and CEO, Robert DeRose wanted to provide customers with a site that was easy to navigate, along with helpful information available at their fingertips – including assistance from industry experts readily accessible by chat, phone, e-mail and in person.  Furthermore, DeRose assures there is 100% order review by trained staff, live support before and after each sale, and same day shipping on in-stock items.
