L-Tron partner Honeywell completes acquisition of Intermec.
Longtime L-Tron Corporation partner, Honeywell Scanning & Mobility has completed its acquisition of Intermec, a leading provider of mobile computing, radio frequency identification solutions (RFID), Vocollect voice-enabled workflow and data-collection solutions, and barcode label and receipt printers for use in warehousing, supply chain, field service and manufacturing environments. The approximately $600 million deal was first announced in December 2012.
