High-quality, affordable industrial tabletop printers save space, while allowing for simple installation, operation and service.

Customer-Directed Approach to Industrial Printer Design

L-Tron Corporation, in conjunction with premier partner Zebra Technologies, offers a new series of space-saving industrial tabletop printers, conceived with customer demands in mind.  Zebra’s versatile ZT200 series includes the ZT220 and ZT230 models and features many desirable attributes for high-quality printing applications within government, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods and transportation/logistics industries.

The new design became a reality with the integration of customer feedback and well-liked features from Zebra’s past printers, including the industry leading Stripe and S4M printers.  Exceptional value and ease of use are evident in the ZT200’s straightforward setup process, effortless operation, and uncomplicated serviceability and maintenance.  The ZT200 series printers are ideal for asset management, compliance labeling, cross docking, information labels, inventory management, medical record labeling, lab sample tracking, order labeling, receiving/shipping, prescription labeling, reverse logistics, quality control, and work-in-process tracking.

“The streamlined design and smaller printer footprint will allow the ZT200 series to be a space-saving replacement to other industrial tabletop printers,” says Jeremy Miller of L-Tron Corporation, as he explains the benefits of the ZT200 series.  “The ZT200 series also features an effective printer setup, simple user operation and easy service and maintenance that enables the ZT200 to work effectively with a variety of applications.”

As the most economical industrial tabletop printer on the market, the ZT220 accommodates a 300-meter ribbon, as well as 1-inch ID and up to 6-inch OD label roles.  Intended for simpler applications with minimal formatting or printer setting changes, this model has a high-impact polymer case and single-use three-button interface.

The ZT230 is more costly than its counterpart, but does come equipped with more user perks.  For instance, the rugged printer holds a role of labels with a 3-inch ID and up to an 8-inch OD.  Ribbons of up to 450 meters can be used with the ZT230.  The included LCD screen and larger keypad for more complex format or printer setting changes allow for an intuitive, stress-free user experience.  A sturdy metal case comes standard with this model, as well, making it a highly durable option.

With an affordable, yet resilient design, the ZT200 series provides a dependable choice for tabletop printing needs within a wide variety of business environments.  L-Tron currently offers both printer models from the ZT200 series and welcomes the opportunity to share additional information.
