Voltage Multipliers

VMI began operations in November of 1980. Initially designing and producing voltage multipliers, our product line has expanded to include high voltage Mil-qualified diodes, high voltage power supplies, rectifier assemblies, Hybrid multipliers/assemblies, smd diodes and High voltage opto-couplers. 

VMI offers the most complete range of MIL qualified, high voltage, axial-leaded diodes in the world. All silicon wafers are doped, diffused, and evaporated in our Visalia, California facility. All diode device assembly, passivation, and encapsulation are performed in-house. Complete in-house diode testing is performed on all VMI diodes for PIV, Vf, Ir, and Trr. 

All operations are located in Visalia, California. Their facilities have grown to 34,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing area with 10,000 sq. ft. of office area.

VMI's standard products, up to 1000V, are built-to-order. Our rectifier assemblies are suitable for rugged-environment applications.

Custom rectifier assemblies are not limited to the standard electrical and physical characteristics as shown.  Please contact us directly with your custom specifications.

Series high voltage power supply featuring up to -40KV in a rugged and light weight package. The XRS series includes programmable current & voltage and current & voltage monitors

High Voltage Power Supply

HVP

Series high voltage power supply featuring 250W up to 125KV in a Nema-12 enclosure. Built-in EMI filtering, off-line inputs, and safety interlocks are just a few of the standard features

High Voltage Power Supplies

CRS Series high voltage power supply featuring up to -12KV anode voltage, and up to 400V G2 voltage. Low ripple voltage and excellent regulation voltage are standard.
